If you already have a Florida Freewheelers membership, please be sure to Login before making your store purchase so you can receive your member’s price discount. You do not have to purchase the membership option on this product if you are already a member. If you are not a member and wish to join Florida Freewheelers, you can add the membership option to this purchase to receive discounts on future events and other club benefits.

RV/Trailer hookups are limited. While most hookups consist of water, sewer, and electric, it is not guaranteed for everyone. The first 19 to register will receive all 3, it’s on a first come first serve basis. Also, please have in your possession a 30 amp adapter.

Here are the total amount of campsites:

• 18 – 50 amp (12 full hookup)
• 34 – 30 amp (17 full hookup)

Specific instructions for FFW Family Members that wish to purchase multiple Safari registrations and receive your members discount on all orders. It is necessary for all registrants to purchase their registrations individually on their own user accounts. We have set up the registration products to only allow one registration per order this year. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but it is necessary for automating the population of our Riders page with registrant names and for how our volunteers will receive the Registrations export files for their use at check-in at the event.

The steps to take for multiple registrations to each receive Florida Freewheelers Family Membership discounts are as follows:

1) First person – CLICK HERE TO LOG IN to your Florida Freewheelers user account here on the Florida Bicycle Safari website. Place your order for your first registration using the name of the primary member on your club membership. Complete this order and then be sure to CLICK HERE TO LOG OUT OF THE SYSTEM This first order under the membership account will receive the Florida Freewheelers membership discount as it is built into the pricing system for logged in users that are club members. If you are including an RV option and/or a Florida Freewheelers Membership option with your order, you only have to purchase those on the first order you place, not the second. You do not need to pay twice for the RV or Membership options.

2) Second person and all subsequent persons under the Family Membership – Do not log back in on the website. Purchase your Safari registration using your name and your own unique e-mail address (not the same as the primary member’s e-mail address) and the store system will automatically create a new user account for you that will designate you as one of our Riders or Volunteers. We have a field in the registration form below for you to check if you are an extra registrant under your Family Membership. Please make sure to check this checkbox. When you check this checkbox, another field will be revealed for you to provide the name of the First person ordering that is the account holder for your Family Membership. Please include that name in this field. Complete your order. Note that you will not receive your FFW members discount on this order. We will see in your order that you have noted that you are an extra person under an existing FFW Family Membership. Once we confirm the Family Membership under the First person’s name that you provided, we will then process a partial refund on your order in the amount of your member’s discount.
